About the Founder - Jewels Muller
Julie Anne Muller aka Jewels (born July 30, 1969) is the Chief Chick of a Women’s Mastermind Support Network, Chicks Connect. Jewels Muller was born in Milwaukie, Oregon and graduated from Milwaukie High School in 1987. She graduated from University of Oregon in 1991 with a B.A. In Education. She went to work in the public school system for 9 years teaching Elementary, Middle and High School. She earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Policies Foundation and Administration from Portland State University and spent the next 3 years in Administration.
Jewels was the Leadership and Activities Director for three years at Clackamas High School. Muller along with her leadership class and the key club created a community service program, Winter Rage that serves people and families in need during the holiday season. Winter Rage is a service program that is still going strong 14 years later. Service and giving back is a big part of Muller’s life and with her direction and guidance, the leadership class was awarded with the PGE Foundation Grant which allowed the students to distribute the grant funds to non-profit organizations of their choice. This foundation grant became a big part of the overall curriculum in teaching students to be of service and the importance of giving back to their community.
During her first year as a Vice Principal, Jewels became pregnant with twin boys. She spent the first two years of their life continuing to juggle work with being a wife and mother of newborn twins. She and her husband decided to move to Bend, Oregon and make the transition from Education to Entrepreneurship. Jewels started an Organizing firm in 2004 where she worked with clients one on one and trained and coached others to simplify their lives through her recommended productivity tools, processes and products. She received her coaching credentials with the Life Blue Print coaching program created by Laura Berman Fortgang in 2006 and found her love for coaching at that time. Jewels worked with clients in her local community with organizing and coaching as well as conducted workshops, training and speaking to a variety of organizations including the military, school districts, and Realtors. Her simple organizational and productivity processes and systems have assisted numerous clients to become even more efficient so that they can spend time doing the things they love.
In 2008, Jewels was invited to try out the number one organizing tool recommended by top professional organizers, SendOutCards. She quickly added this product to her tool kit and began to build a team in Network Marketing. This was her first exposure to this business model and she was excited about the possibilities, support, connections, and personal growth and development that she was receiving from this company. Jewels has had the amazing blessing of working with mentors such as Kody Bateman, founder of SendOutCards, T Harv Eker and his trainers with Peak Potentials, and Bill Walsh with Powerteam International. Jewels loves to teach, lead and connect so it is of no surprise that she created Chicks Connect in 2010.
Chicks Connect is dedicated to connecting women, guiding them into action, holding them accountable for personal and professional growth and development all built on a foundation of love, fun, friendship, service and support. Women meet in local Chicks Connect Chapters in a mastermind format and collaborate and grow together. Jewels is currently on the road in a Motor Home touring the US with her family, homeschooling her boys and meeting these women face to face and sharing her movement to connect women worldwide. Jewels is currently growing and supporting her Chicks Connect network of women, working with amazing coaching clients, supporting her SendOutCards team and speaking and training across the country. She owes her success to her supportive husband, extended family, network, and mentors who have encouraged and held her up along her journey.
